PENJADWALAN BERBASIS KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PADA KEGIATAN PRODUKSI FURNITUR (STUDI KASUS CV EMBET DEPOK)

Kegiatan produksi di perusahaan furniture CV Embet Depok melibatkan banyak tenaga kerja akibatnya banyak permasalahan timbul yang disebabkan pada kegiatan produksi tersebut. Permasalahan tersebut timbul dikarenakan perusahaan tidak dapat mengoptimalkan waktu idle. Penjadwalan kerja yang optimal dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk meminimalisasi waktu idle tersebut. Sistem penjadwalan berbasis pengetahuan atau Knowledge Management System (KMS) dapat diterapkan dalam mengelola penjadwalan pada perusahaan tersebut. Sebagai langkah awal dalam membangun KMS adalah mengidentifikasi berbagai pengetahuan tacit knowledge dan explicit knowledge dalam perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini analisis dilakukan melalui beberapa identifikasi yaitu terhadap unit-unit yang terkait erat dengan proses produksi, diagram alur proses produksi, kondisi peralatan dan mesin yang digunakan, sumber daya manusia, dan regulasi keselamatan kerja. Hasil dari identifikasi tersebut dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan sistem penjadwalan yang optimal bagi perusahaan.
