Abstract

Salah satu kebutuhan paling mendasar dari manusia adalah komunikasi. Seiring perkembangan zaman, cara manusia dalam berkomunikas semakin beragam. Salah satu cara komunikasi yang paling diminati saat ini adalah internet chatting. Dengan chatting manusia dapat melakukan obrolan langsung dengan siapa saja dan dimana saja tanpa harus bertemu secara langsung. Saat ini teknologi chatting tidak hanya digunakan untuk saling sapa dengan teman, chatting juga kerap digunakan untuk berkenalan dengan orang asing dan bahkan juga untuk mencari jodoh. Untuk membantu para pengguna internet chatting, dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi sebagai wadah pertemuan antar pengguna agar dapat saling berkenalan dan berinteraksi satu sama lain. Layanan yang tersedia pada aplikasi dapat diakses secara penuh melalui website yang diantaranya adalah chatting, pesan pribadi dan sistem pencari pasangan yang menggunakan data diri pengguna sebagai acuan kecocokan.
