PERANCANGAN E-GOVERNMENT KELURAHAN SEMPAJA TIMUR MENGGUNAKAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE PLANNING

Abstract

Sebagai lembaga kepemerintahan yang melakukan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat, Kelurahan yang ada di kota samarinda, khususnya kelurahan sempaja timur belum memiliki sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung aktivitasnya, seperti pelayanan surat masuk dan keluar, sistem kepegawaian dan keuangan yang ada di kelurahan sempaja timur. Berdasarkan fakta yang ada, maka dibuat penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise, menghasilkan arsitektur data untuk pengolahan data untuk membantu kelurahan sempaja timur dalam melakukan aktivitas pelayanan publik. Pada penelitian ini, perancangan arsitektur enterprise dibuat menggunakan metode Enterprise Architecture Planning, perancangan arsitektur ini menghasilkan cetak biru dalam pengembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi serta roadmap implementasi aplikasi di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur.
