Studi Pustaka Metodologi Automatic Number Plate Recognition Dalam Deteksi Plat Nomor Kendaraan

Abstract


Mendeteksi plat nomor kendaraan secara otomatis atau Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) dengan bantuan teknologi untuk berbagai macam kebutuhan seperti manajemen parkir, manajemen traffic, keamanan parkir, jalan raya, dan sistem transportasi sangat diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, akurasi ketepatan deteksi plat nomor kendaraan sangat diperlukan. Berbagai teknik telah banyak dilakukan oleh para peneliti dalam mendeteksi plat nomor kendaraan. Paper ini bertujuan melakukan tinjauan pustaka terhadap berbagai teknik yang telah digunakan dalam mendeteksi plat nomor kendaraan sehingga dapat menentukan teknik deteksi yang akan digunakan dimasa mendatang.
